The 4 Pillars of Professional Self-Publishing
with
David Wogahn
President of Author Imprints
Do you know the most common mistakes made by indie publishers?
Are you protecting your writing investments: money, time and intellectual property?
On Saturday, December 10, 2016 David Wogahn will give a highly informative, fun and friendly presentation on the four publishing pillars available to authors: Business, Platform, Research, Distribution.
Find out what you need for protecting and enhancing your brand as an author for long-term success; including planning, costs, options, resources, specific vendors -- and more.
David will also tap in to metadata; the foundation of information about you and your books. Find out why this information is turning out to be the secret ingredient in marketing and selling your books online.
Wait --there’s still more! Timelines are the roof over the four pillars. David’s discussion taps on the importance of timing for ARCs, blurbs, a foreword, an index, book registration and pre-order setup.
Publishing information relevant for everyone: the already self-published, those considering it, those traditionally published, even those that provide writing services. This meeting is guaranteed to give you a greater understanding of the interconnections of the publishing process and what YOU need to do to be a “professional self-publisher.”
