John Carrigan

John Carrigan, VP Membership made his transition at 6:00 a.m. June 14, 2018 after struggling with health issues. A member of the Guild since 2011, John immediately got involved to help make the Guild better for all its members by serving on the Board of Directors, chairing the Desert Writers Expo for 5 seasons, providing poignant copy for PSWG marketing efforts, chairing the Nominations Committee 3 years in a row to elect a new board and managing membership for the past 3 seasons. John was quick to share a smile and gentle laugh, always striving to be bring a positive influence. A former copywriter on Madison Avenue in New York City, John was a very accomplished writer and business person. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Read more here.
